Rich is a UK & International Dance & Fitness Presenter, with energy to burn; He specializes in Dance Step, Dance Aerobics, Street Dance & Salsa. He Teaches in Health clubs Around the South Yorkshire Area & Derbyshire.
You can also see Rich in action at your local Schools; my main aim is to bring in the element of FUN into fitness, as without this the kids will soon lose interest. So using my experience & expertise I provide Fantastic after school clubs in Street Dance, Salsa, Boxercise, & General Fitness based classes. I also offer full day sessions in schools concentrating on all the above sessions working from Year 1 up to GCSE level students.
